Sorry no, all our pitches are allocated at time of arrival.

Full payment is required before arrival.

We accept cash and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Electron.

This is possible if we have the availability.

Sorry, no we don’t allow any commercial vehicles onto the Flaxton Meadows campsite.

For cabin bookings only we offer a 10% Blue Light discount upon proof of Blue Light card, when booking directly with us.

Yes guests are welcome to visit you at Flaxon Meadows during your stay at the site. There’s a small charge for each adult guest and vehicles. All guests must report to Reception on arrival. Any guests are asked to have left the campsite by 18:00.

If you cancel your booking you’ll lose your non-refundable booking deposit.

Sorry, we don’t offer refunds for early departures.

We currently don’t offer refunds but we can transfer your booking to an alternative date if availability allows.

Check-in times are as follows:

Touring Park: 14:00 – 18:00

Cabins: 16:00 – 18:00

We ask our touring guests to leave by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Guests staying in our cabins must leave by 10:00am.

Please inform Reception of your departure time and we’ll assist with your departure.

Sorry we can not accommodate late evening/early morning arrivals!

Barbeques, open fires, fire pits and wood-burning are not permitted on-site as we have many trees throughout the site.

One car is permitted to park adjacent to the cabin, caravan or motorhome. There is a designated parking area for additional vehicles.

The noise level of radios, televisions, music systems or musical instruments must be kept at a level that doesn’t annoy other site users. We ask for quiet between 22:00 and 08:00. Please respect other campers who may be trying to sleep. Please respect the wildlife. We will not tolerate anti-social behaviour or language. Anyone causing a disturbance will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

We have disabled toilet and shower facilities on the site, please advise us when making your booking if you require the use of these facilities and we’ll try to allocate a pitch as close as possible.

Sorry we don’t hire out caravans or tents. However we do have four berth cabins that can be hired.

Sorry we don’t have tents, travel cots or sleeping bags for hire.

Sorry, we do not sell any gas bottles.

We welcome well behaved small dogs, but they must be kept on leads at all times. Dogs must be kept in the caravan or motorhome at night. No dog is to be left unattended outside a caravan or motorhome.

Yes, two small dogs are allowed in Barbados Cabin only.

There are no specific dog walking areas on site; but we do have a nature trail where dogs are welcome. Dogs should be kept on a short leads at all times. Owners must clear up after their dogs.

Next to the site is a secure dog park.

The machines in the launderette require one-pound coins (£1).  Please bring your own washing powder.

Yes, you can arrive by Helicopter; our co-ordinates are 54.04445 latitude and -0.99234 longitude to the centre of the helipad with a north-west approach on a left hand circuit.

We do not permit sign written vans, transit vans, whether sign written or not or pick up trucks. If you arrive in any of these you will be required to leave.

Electric vehicles cannot be charged on site.

Only professionally converted certificated camper vans/motorhomes are allowed, no DIY conversions are acceptable.

Yes, there is: Flaxton Dog Park.

Unfortunately not due to this being a dark skies area, please bring a torch.
